Description
Guardrail roll forming machine produce W beam guardrail and thrice guardrail in one machine as customer required. This line is cassette type which will share one machine base for W Beam and Thrice Beam. The whole line mainly consists of 7.5 ton double-cone uncoiler and its base, sheet guiding equipment, sheet leveling equipment, pre-punching equipment, pre-cutting equipment, guardrail forming system, post hydraulic cutting m equipment, automatic stacker, hydraulic and controlling system. It can continuous form the steel sheet according to customers requirement, automatically cut to length, PLC controlled, alternating Current Frequency Conversion.
